University licensees showed particularly strong performance with 44% revenue increase and 85% growth in high-dollar donors ($1,000+), though this created significant stewardship challenges for small teams managing major donor relationships.

The discussion addressed how stations can focus on retention strategies moving forward, with particular attention to younger donor demographics (Gen X, Millennials, and Gen Z) who increasingly prefer digital giving channels over traditional methods like direct mail and pledge drives.
