A member station contacted U:SA, wondering how other university owned stations work with their payment processing office to take donor payments over the phone and in-person. Their university has updated their PCI compliance rules to meet federal requirements. As a result the station’s workload has increased. It would be helpful for us to talk with other stations to see if our situation is unique in facing these challenges.
