The Corporation for Public Broadcasting’s (CPB) Office of the Inspector General (OIG) has announced they will be conducting “limited scope evaluations” of public broadcasting stations’ websites to ensure they are posting required information. Stations will be selected at random and their websites reviewed without notification. Once the review is complete, a reviewed station will be informed as to whether any violations are found and given the opportunity to respond to any findings.
For specific guidelines on how to prepare for the review, read our Member Resources section Preparing for CPB Inspector General Review.
